Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges once products have been shipped, delivered, or picked up, except in cases where a product arrives not meeting Slew Herbal Essentials’ quality standards.
Quality-Based Return Exception (Store Credit Only)
If a product is deemed not up to Slew Herbal Essentials’ standards upon arrival, customers may be eligible for a return, exchange, or store credit at Slew Herbal Essentials’ sole discretion.
Cash refunds are not issued.
Approved resolutions will be provided as store credit or product exchange only.
Conditions for Review:

Return Shipping Responsibility

Replacement shipping for approved exchanges may be charged or covered at Slew Herbal Essentials’ discretion.
Non-Returnable Items

Store Credit Terms

Final Authority
All returns, exchanges, and store credit approvals are granted solely at the discretion of Slew Herbal Essentials.
Slew Herbal Essentials reserves the right to refuse any return request that does not meet the policy criteria.
