At Slew Herbal Essentials, all products are handcrafted in small batches with care and intention. Please review the following shipping, pickup, and refund policies before placing your order.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • During sales, launches, or high-volume periods, processing time may extend to 5–7 business days.

  • Custom, made-to-order, or protocol bundle orders may require additional processing time.

Shipping Methods

  • Orders are shipped via USPS or other trusted carriers.

  • Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after shipment.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout (processing time still applies).

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

  • Free-shipping promotions (if offered) will be clearly stated on the website or at checkout.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Local Pickup – Metro Detroit Area (Fee Applies)

  • Paid local pickup is available in the Metro Detroit area.

  • The pickup fee covers order preparation, handling, and coordination.

  • Pickup location, date, and time will be provided after checkout.

  • Orders must be picked up within the scheduled timeframe.

Pop-Up Event Pickup

  • Customers may select Pop-Up Event Pickup for events where Slew Herbal Essentials is actively vending.

  • Event pickup is available only for approved and scheduled events.

  • Orders must be placed in advance and picked up during official event hours.

  • Order confirmation is required at pickup.

Incorrect Address Policy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

  • Slew Herbal Essentials is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or returned orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Returned packages may require an additional shipping fee for reshipment.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • Once an order has been shipped, Slew Herbal Essentials is not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages.

  • If a package arrives damaged, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage for review.

Weather & Seasonal Notice

  • Extreme temperatures may affect certain products during transit.

  • While orders are packaged with care, Slew Herbal Essentials is not responsible for temperature-related changes once shipped.

Quality Assurance & Limited Refund Policy

If a product arrives not meeting Slew Herbal Essentials’ quality standards, customers may be eligible for an exchange or refund at Slew Herbal Essentials’ sole discretion.

Conditions:

  • Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos and a description of the issue are required.

  • Products must be unused and in original condition.

  • All decisions regarding refunds or exchanges are made exclusively by Slew Herbal Essentials.

Exclusions:

  • No refunds or exchanges based on taste, scent, texture, or personal reaction.

  • No refunds for shipping delays, carrier handling issues, weather-related changes, or missed pickups.

  • No refunds on custom, made-to-order, clearance, or sale items.

Missed Pickup Policy (Local & Pop-Up)

  • Orders not picked up within the scheduled timeframe or during event hours are considered missed pickups and are non-refundable.

  • Missed orders may be rescheduled once, at Slew Herbal Essentials’ discretion.

  • Additional pickup or shipping fees may apply.

  • Orders not claimed after rescheduling may be considered abandoned.

Abandoned Orders

  • Orders that remain unclaimed after pickup attempts or rescheduling are considered abandoned.

  • Abandoned orders are non-refundable and may be restocked, donated, or discarded at Slew Herbal Essentials’ discretion.

Event Changes & Cancellations

  • Pop-Up event dates, times, and locations are subject to change.

  • If an event is canceled or rescheduled, customers will be contacted with alternative pickup or shipping options.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed in the event of cancellations or rescheduling.

Customer Agreement

By placing an order with Slew Herbal Essentials, customers acknowledge and agree to all shipping, pickup, and refund policies outlined above.
