6. Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit

Returns, exchanges, and store credit are governed by our Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

  • All sales are final unless a product arrives not meeting Slew Herbal Essentials’ quality standards.

  • Approved resolutions are issued as store credit or exchange only, at our sole discretion.

  • Cash refunds are not provided.

 
7. Store Credit

Store credit may be issued at the sole discretion of Slew Herbal Essentials as a resolution for approved quality-related concerns or other situations determined by the company. Store credit is not a refund, has no cash value, and is non-transferable.

Store Credit Expiration

  • Store credit expires 60 days from the date of issuance, unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Expired store credit cannot be reinstated, extended, or redeemed.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to use store credit before the expiration date.

Store Credit Usage Rules

  • Store credit is valid for one-time use only and must be redeemed in a single transaction.

  • Unused balances are forfeited after redemption.

  • Store credit cannot be combined or stacked with other promotions, discounts, coupon codes, or sales unless explicitly stated.

  • Store credit may not be applied toward:

    • Shipping or pickup fees

    • Taxes

    • Gift cards (if applicable)

    • Clearance or final sale items

    • Subscription products or custom orders (if applicable)

Additional Conditions

  • Store credit cannot be transferred, sold, or gifted to another person.

  • Store credit cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or unused.

  • Slew Herbal Essentials reserves the right to modify store credit terms at any time.

Final Authority

All store credit determinations, amounts, eligibility, and usage approval remain solely at the discretion of Slew Herbal Essentials.

 
8. CBD Products Disclaimer (If Applicable)

Certain products may contain hemp-derived CBD, where legally permitted.

  • All CBD products contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC in compliance with federal law.
